Job Vacancy: Architectural Technologist / Technician

We are seeking a Architectural Technologist/Technician to join our dedicated team and contribute to a diverse range of projects. Our small team is committed to meeting and exceeding our clients' needs, and we are looking for a candidate who is experienced in the technical delivery of projects beyond the Planning Stages.

• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of various construction and procurement methods, ensuring high standards of technical realisation. 
• Develop established designs into detailed Building Regulations packages, Tender Packages, Production Information, and Scheduling. 
• Communicate effectively with contractors on site to facilitate the construction process.  

• Professional qualifications in architectural technology or a related field. 
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit), Microsoft Office and Desktop Publishing. 
• Portfolio demonstrating a wide range of projects with a focus on technical proficiency.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 
• Commitment to sustainability and innovation in architecture.
